Wavertree Property Services is the vision of Paul Napolitano and Ian Daniel. Paul always had a desire to build and renovate but work commitments took president. Back in 1999, Paul and Ian began to formulate an idea to help clients achieve their dreams of extending their homes in and around Surrey and Hampshire. They started out with single storey extensions, conservatories and orangeries moving onto renovating bathrooms and kitchens in 2014. In 2020, Paul started Wavertree Property Services with Ian as his right-hand man and partner in the business.

Paul specialises in the design, artwork and renovation detail, whilst with Ian they both bring the designs to life. From 2014, they have moved onto renovating kitchens and bathrooms creating beautiful, creative and modern designs. With combined 50 years of building and renovating experience, Paul’s creative visions and Ian’s building talents can ultimately create the house of your dreams.
